Description

Job Description:

  • Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Outbound Direct Investment (ODI):

Leading legal support for investment and partnership negotiations, structuring deals, and preparing key legal documentation.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

Managing business negotiations, overseeing legal due diligence, and drafting and reviewing agreements and transaction documents.

  • Corporate Establishment Services:

Supervising company incorporation, alterations, liquidations, and deregistrations, ensuring compliance with PRC regulations.

  • General Corporate Legal Services:

Advising on commercial contracts, IP protection strategies, labor law compliance, and related corporate matters.

  • Corporate Compliance:

Developing and implementing compliance programs and conducting internal audits to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.

  • Dispute Resolution:

Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings, while developing strategies to resolve disputes efficiently.

  • Team Leadership:

Guiding and mentoring junior legal advisors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored advice and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Permanent residence in PRC.
  • Master’s degree in law, additional certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional legal experience, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
  • Proven expertise in FDI, M&A, and corporate compliance matters.
  • Fluent in Italian, English, both spoken and written (Chinese is an important plus).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
