On behalf of PAD INTERNATIONAL (SHANGHAI) LIMITED - CHINA

The Position: We’re looking for a Junior Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales activities including reaching out to new potential clients and participation to exhibitions – International and Domestic market;
• Develop new markets;
• Keep team in Italy constantly informed of the progress of the projects;
• Preparation of Marketing Materials;
• Analyse the company’s competitive landscape;
• Contribute with the ideas of the company’s strategies;
• Responsibility as it represents the high quality Italian brand "PAD GLOVE" (registered trademark);
• Trips: availability for local trips in China and for training and/or international fairs in EU- USA-AUSTRALIA-ASIA;
• Logistics management of departing gloves, export (Fapiao) and tax refund (in cooperation of our account department in shanghai office), Commercial Invoice and Packing List;
• Quality check and visit at our different suppliers (after our training).
• Customer acceptance at our Shanghai offices and management alongside our Italian managers;
• At the beginning the candidate will be trained by our Italian team and then will be in the office following the instructions received from the Italian management.

Requirements – Key Skills:

• Required written and spoken fluent language: Chinese (Mandarin) /English/Italian (optional)
• Driving license: required (optional);
• Skills: good organizational skills;
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business , Marketing or similar;
• Currently located in Shanghai or willing to move;
• Familiar with digital marketing channels;
• Good Knowledge of MS Office package, ability to draft/understand elaborate emails;
• Complete confidentiality as the candidate will become aware of completely exclusive production processes of PAD GLOVE - ANTIS GROUP.
• The candidate must be a cheerful person with a strong aptitude for teamwork.
• Ability and desire to learn in the required sector;

Details on working times:

Work time: 5 days each week (monday to Friday), Saturday occasionally (morning only)

Timetables: 8h (09:00-13:00 Morning) / (14:00-18:00 afternoon)

The timetables are only indicative in the selection of the candidate, they will then be established with the selected person.

The pay range we’re offering is:

8.000 Rmb/Month

+ 5-7% commission on the sales with the possibility of growth based on the results obtained.
