GWA is Seeking a Junior Legal Advisor!
We are looking for a motivated Junior Legal Advisor to join our team. The role will involve a variety of legal tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing legal support for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Outbound Direct Investment (ODI), including document preparation, negotiations, and regulatory compliance
- Assisting with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), conducting legal due diligence, and preparing transaction documents
- Advising on corporate matters such as company establishment, amendments, liquidation, and deregistration
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, intellectual property protection agreements, and labor law documentation
- Ensuring corporate compliance with local and international regulations
- Supporting dispute resolution procedures, including contract enforcement and negotiation strategies
