• University degree or higher in accounting, tax, finance, or related fields. • Experience with Foreign-Invested Enterprises (FIEs) or relevant internship experience is preferred. • Proactive attitude, strong learning ability, good communication and teamworking skills and dedication to work. • Proficiency in spoken and written English. • Skilled in using PC software, including Microsoft Office and other related tools.
Description
a) Coordinate with the Accounting and Audit Departments on any issues related to the
assigned client.
(b) Supervise order flows and document collection processes.
(c) Support clients during VAT refund applications.
(d) Prepare accurate and detailed reports for clients.
(e) Provide accounting outsourcing services, including financial statement preparation at both
company and group levels.
(f) Offer accurate and reliable consultancy to assigned clients on taxation, accounting,
Customs, SAFE regulations in China, and other matters in line with the agreement between
Diacron and the client.
(g) Assist clients with corporate, administrative, and logistical services.
(h) Deliver reliable and prompt consulting services, focusing on customer satisfaction and
relationship management.
(i) Support clients in liaising with various providers and stakeholders, including service
companies, logistics firms, and e-commerce partners, on matters related to standard
company operations in the PRC and cross-border activities.
(j) Participate in events and contribute to marketing and business development activities
organized by Diacron (this may require travel to other cities).
(k) Handle other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
