The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is looking for an intern to work in our office in Beijing.

As an intern at the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, you will be part of our team, providing support to the Chamber’s daily activities.

Under the Office Manager’s guidance and instructions, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Organizing the planned activities and events;
  • Organizing fairs and exhibitions, including the coordination with any third parties involved;
  • Updating the Chamber's website;
  • Implementing and promptly executing the Information Service, by dispatching information based on inquiries received in a timely manner;
  • Office management related to coordination with IT supplier, office suppliers order, organization and update of the archive and any other tasks the Office Manager might deem to involve him/her into, etc.

Requirements

  • Location: Beijing, CICC Office
  • Type of job:  Full-time (preferred) or Part-Time
  • Good command of Chinese and English (both oral and written);
  • Proficiency in Office software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Pro-activeness, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, independent in organizing his/her job;
  • Good organization skills;
  • Good communication skills and easy to interact with clients and third parties;
  • Previous experience in this field is a plus.

Established in 1991, CICC has now offices in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Suzhou. The CICC Members (over 750 Members and Friends in December 2023) represent the Italian business community such as public-invested and multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises (both manufacturing and commercial), service companies etc.
