Description
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Studio Volpi's headquarters to manage projects and maintain quality standards.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and requests.
- Support the Sales team during pre-sales and debriefing phases.
- Collecte and analyse project briefs from clients.
- Client meetings and correspondence
- Participate in ideation sessions
- Managing projects, including scheduling, resources, deliverables, and reviews
- Engaged in and management of desktop and field research
- Strategic design thinking
- CAD, visualisation, and presentation creation
Key Skills & Requirements
- Currently based in China.
- 3+ years of proven experience in industrial/product design.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Italian is a plus).
- Master's degree in Design or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (within China and abroad).
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
- Client-facing communication skills
- Creativity and innovation-focused
- Exceptional CAD skills; must include Rhino (3D) and Adobe (2D)
- Able to use Keyshot
- Able to present work beautifully, with clarity
- Detail-oriented
- Passionate about design
Software Skills
- Adobe Suite
- Rhino and/or SolidWorks
- KeyShot and/or V-Ray/Blender
- Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)
Skills & Attributes (Beneficial)
- Able to start immediately
- Knowledge of Solidworks
- AI prompting experience
