Description
Position: Hotel Manager
Report to: Board of Director
Location: Huzhou City, Moganshan
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance).
- Hire, train, and manage hotel staff, creating schedules and developing training programs.
- Address guest complaints and feedback, maintaining high customer service standards.
- Manage hotel budget, monitor revenue/costs, and adjust strategies to increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (health, safety, sanitation), and maintain licenses and certifications.
- Coordinate hotel maintenance, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with local businesses and tourism agencies for promotional opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, college degree or above, no gender limitation.
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel service and management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
- Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, etc.) and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and handle operational challenges.
- Knowledge of local culture and traditions.
