岗位描述：
1、岗位工作内容：
1) 协助验证报告数据整理及汇总；复印及签字流转。
2) 协助档案室的归档、文件批记录的过期销毁。
3) 部门办公室用品领用管理。
4) 协助检查退回产品和生产过程中异常物料拍照取证。
5) 协助各类excel表格登记。
6) 协助退回产品的资料收集齐全（从经销商退回，需经销商储存证明；从医院退回，需医院及经销商储存证明；不良反应的需用药经历报告/不良反应编号；产品退回需运输证明，若非温控车可查天气情况）
7) 学习上级领导交代的其他工作

岗位任职要求：
（1）、大专以上学历，化学、药学或生物相关专业优先

培养计划：
1、培养目标：
通过六个月的见习，学员能够熟悉药品及GMP相关知识与内容；掌握QA事务性工作，了解QA的大致文件分类，能协助完成简单的QA文件类及资料收集工作。
2、计划安排：见习初期先安排文件方面的学习，特别是GMP相关知识的学习。
阶段一：第一、二月
培训内容：
（1）、熟悉药品及GMP相关的法规要求。
（2）、熟悉药品生产和质量控制和质量保证基本流程。
（3）、熟悉验证的总体原则和基本流程。
阶段二：第三、四月
培训内容：
（1）协助辅助文件传递流转和数据整理汇总等办公室相关岗位工作内容。
（2）完成后工序包装现场QA 的岗位培训。
（3）完成退货协助岗位培训
阶段三：第五、六月
培训内容：
（1）能胜任后工序现场QA 的顶班任务。
（2）能独立胜任退货工作。
