Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design, performance integration, and development work of chassis brake systems, including matching of pedal lever ratio, booster performance, hose expansion, caliper fluid requirement, and optimization of brake system pedal feel design and matching, as well as confirmation of brake performance.
2. Familiar with the entire vehicle development process, responsible for formulating the development plan for systems and components based on vehicle development inputs, and completing the submission and archiving of deliverables at each development milestone.
3. Capable of independently completing system DCS plans, BOM for various parts, DVP, PVP, brake hose layout design, and review follow-up.
4. Responsible for analyzing and formulating countermeasures for market quality issues after development and mass production (such as brake noise, brake抖动), and implementing the introduction of these countermeasures, providing technical support for production and after-sales of mass-produced vehicle models.
5. Responsible for periodic technical capability assessment of suppliers, proposing continuous cost reduction plans for the system during vehicle lifecycle management, and continuously promoting the cost reduction of the system.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with vehicle development processes, and knowledgeable in the functionality, performance, calibration, and design development of chassis brake systems.
2. Familiar with mechanical structural design and manufacturing processes.
3. Proficient in operating UG (or Catia) / CAE software for creating 3D/2D data and building DMU models.
4. Experience in participating in two or more complete vehicle development projects (having independently led the development of at least one complete project), with experience in chassis brake system development and management, and understanding of industry development trends.
5. Good English.
