Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in project requirement analysis, outline design, detailed design, and the writing of technical documentation.
2. Responsible for the construction and improvement of the development framework.
3. Guide the daily development work of software engineers and solve technical issues in development.
4. Assist in project testing, system delivery, and provide support for project implementation.
5. Responsible for following up on server security, stability, maintenance, and performance optimization.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in Java internet development.
2. Proficient in Java, with a deep understanding of the principles and implementation mechanisms of Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis, and Hibernate. Experience with WebService and Dubbo related frameworks is preferred.
3. Proficient in SQL, skilled in using databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and has certain SQL optimization capabilities. Familiarity with common NoSQL solutions like Memcached, Redis, MongoDB, understanding their respective strengths and weaknesses, and usage scenarios is preferred.
4. Familiar with the deployment and configuration of application servers such as Tomcat.
5. Familiar with common commands of the Linux operating system.
6. Preference for those with experience in system refactoring, internet company architecture, and distributed system development and design experience.
