We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Application Engineer specializing in optical sensors (confocal sensors, interferometers, reflectometers, etc.) to join our team in China. This role involves providing technical expertise, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and application solutions.

• Provide technical expertise through engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and comprehensive training sessions for optical sensors.

• Analyze complex problems, perform in-depth data evaluations, and propose innovative solutions.

• Assist customers in evaluating potential applications, developing detailed product specifications, and implementing tailored solutions to meet their specific process metrology needs.

• Develop and showcase application prototypes based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility and effectiveness.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

教育和经验要求:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with experience in optical technologies and sensors.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Technical background in optical sensors, such as confocal sensors, interferometers, and reflectometers, is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong technical writing skills.

• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry and familiarity with problem analysis and troubleshooting techniques is a plus.
