2025 New Year Spring Gala- Ospitalità Italiana Award Ceremony

Submission deadline February 14th

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is looking for service providers to collaborate at the upcoming 2025 CICC Spring Gala, that will be held in Guangzhou.

This event is once again offering a unique opportunity for all our members, friends and partners, as well as distinguished guests from various industries, to experience the beauty of cultural exchange between China and Italy.

CALL FOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a design company or freelance designer who can provide the following services:

• Concept design | key visuals about 2025 CICC Spring gala
• Concept declination | to use in pre-event communication
• Concept application | To use during the event (key visuals to be applied to different digital and printed materials such as backdrop, signing wall, both foyer and hall applications)
• Booklet for the Introduction of the gala and of the sponsors
• Goodie Bags design and production
• Entertainment
• Additional materials

CALL FOR SET-UP COMPANY

We are looking for a set-up company who can provide the following services:

• AVL system
• Stage set-up
• Production of backdrops, shooting walls, totem
• Video and Photo service | Animated video content and photo shooting (if provided by the company)
• Additional materials

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Send us an email with your company presentation at infoguangdong@cameraitacina.com to express your interest specifying if you are a Member or Friend of CICC and the type of service (design and/or set up) by February 14th 2025.

You will receive details about the event theme and deliverables.

You will be required to send us your final proposal with quotation and design concept within the required times.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation is open to CICC Members/Friends and non-Members
• Companies participating must have the necessary proven knowledge and experience and have technical support and personnel capable of running the tender
• Tenderers can submit more than one tender
• The presentation must provide complete information, be drafted in Italian or English, and be signed
• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specifications and requirements before submitting the tender

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the Supplier will be made according to the event's requirements and the lowest bidding price received
• If the bidding price is the same or the service/goods are offered as sponsorship, CICC will prioritize its Members or Friends. If relevant, the first come first served principle will be applied
• If no applications are submitted by the Members/Friends of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by non-Members.

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of non-compliance with the conditions of the tendering process
• In case of non-compliance with this open invitation to tender
• In case of submission false data
• In case of submission after the specified deadline
