CALL FOR DESIGN & SET UP | Notte Italiana 2024

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is looking for a Design and Set-up Company for the upcoming Notte Italiana Gala Dinner to be held in November 2024 in Beijing.

Our Signature Gala Dinner is the largest social event for the Italian Business Community and our Chinese Friends and partners. The last edition saw the participation of over 450 guests from the business community, institutions, VIPs and media for a unique night of networking and promotion of Italian culture and lifestyle.

CALL FOR DESIGNER

We are looking for a design company or freelance designer who can provide the following services:

• Concept design | Key visuals about Notte Italiana 2024
• Concept declination | To use in pre-event communication
• Concept application | To use during the event (key visuals to be applied to different digital and printed materials such as backdrop, signing wall, both foyer and hall applications)
• Booklet for the Introduction of the gala and of the sponsors
• Additional materials

CALL FOR SET-UP COMPANY

We are looking for a set-up company who can provide the following services:

• AVL system
• Ballroom and stage set-up
• Production of backdrops, shooting walls, totem
• Additional materials
• Video and Photo service (if provided by the company)

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Send us an email with your company presentation at bj.gala@cameraitacina.com to express your interest specifying if you are a Member or Friend of CICC and the type of service (design and/or set up) by August 21st, 2024;
• You will receive details about the event theme and deliverables;
• You will be required to send us your final proposal with quotation and design concept within the required time.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation is open to CICC Members/Friends and non-Members
• Companies participating must have the necessary proven knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable of running the tender;

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the Supplier will be made according to the event's requirements and the lowest bidding price received;
• If the bidding price is the same or the service/goods are offered as sponsorship, CICC will prioritize its Members or Friends. If relevant, the first come first served principle will be applied;
• If no applications are submitted by the Members/Friends of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by non-Members.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY

The tender is open for sponsorship (partial or full) which can be indicated on the final quotation.

Design/set-up sponsorship benefits might include:

• Company logo on all communication and promotion materials of the event
• Company promotion on CICC Official Accounts/social networks
• Company logo visibility on CICC monthly newsletter and on CICC website
• Complimentary entrance ticket(s) to the event
• Discount on CICC events
• Discount on CICC services
• Please note that the amount and length of benefits will be subject to the sponsorship proposal. 

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of not meeting the conditions of the tendering process
• In case of non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender
• In case of submitting false data
• In case of submission after the specified deadline
