MARCOLIN TALK – VISIONS

The Italian enterprise Marcolin, with the support of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), is pleased to invite you to the event Marcolin Talk - Visions on May 31, 2024, at Plaza 66, Room 4603, Tower 2 (No.1266 Nanjing West Road - Jing’an District, Shanghai).

 

The theme of the event will concern visions that apply to various current issues and closely connected to Marcolin's identity: the value of luxury, sustainability, the challenges of digital and the drivers of innovation.

 

The event will host the following speakers:

 

1) JEROME BACHASSON, President Greater China Region - Ermenegildo Zegna group

Jérôme Bachasson currently serves as the President of the Greater China Region within the Ermenegildo Zegna Group. His leadership plays a pivotal role in the brand’s growth and success in the Chinese market. Under his guidance, the Zegna brand has expanded significantly, making it a prominent player in the luxury fashion industry. His experience in Asia and specifically in China has grown among fashion companies such has Lacoste and Hugo Boss and luxury watches such as Tag Heuer, leading him to the key role now in Zegna.

 

2) MAURO MAGGIONI, Vice Chairman-Shanghai at the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and CEO, GOLDEN GOOSE.

With eighteen years of experience in crucial roles in Italian menswear luxury in Asia, among Giorgio Armani and Ermenegildo Zegna, he is now CEO Asia Pacific at Golden Goose. Eighteen years in China, four years as Board Member at CICC: he concretely contributed to represent “Made In Italy” with particular focus on Italian luxury and design brands and succeeded to significantly increase relevant Italian brands participation, absent from the Chamber before. The Constitution of Quality Council on fashion, luxury goods, design and lifestyle, to support Italian brands to gain awareness, navigate, scale up China market potential, and The Governance of Quality Council now in place as elective Working Group with dedicated team are among the achievements reached in collaborations with pivotal stakeholders.

 

3) NATSUKO WATANABE, Vice President and General Manager of Tom Ford Beauty China

Natsuko serves as the Vice President and General Manager for Tom Ford Beauty in China, bringing a wealth of international experience to the role. Her illustrious career spans major global cities, including Tokyo, New York, Hong Kong, and now Shanghai, where she has been based for nearly two years. Known for her innovative leadership, deep cultural insights, and strong understanding of the luxury sector, Natsuko has been instrumental in driving brand success and market expansion. Her journey is a testament to her dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence in the ever-evolving beauty industry.
