CHINA PLUS ONE – BUSINESS TALK

The way of doing business in Asia is changing, for foreign and domestic companies alike. By diversifying their operations and reducing dependence on a single market, companies can become more resilient to economic shocks and better able to adapt to changing market conditions.

Although the China Plus One strategy (“C+1”) is not an emerging trend, in their practice GWA noted that this approach is recently growing faster than ever, to respond to the increasing complexities of the global supply chains, raising of manufacturing costs, geopolitical scenario and related risks. C+1 strategy is being evaluated and increasingly implemented by foreign and domestic companies, large to a smaller size.

To discuss the current situation in China, GWA is glad to invite clients and friends of the firm, foreign and domestic companies, industry leaders and relevant enterprises for an executive meeting with limited seats, to share their perspectives, opinions, and relevant business cases.

On last June 6, 2023, the same format has been successfully held in Vietnam by GWA Saigon branch. Considering the relevance of the topic and to have the most comprehensive view of it, the firm decided to host it in their headquarters and in all their branch offices.
