CICC New Suzhou Office | Co-working Spaces Available!

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to inform you that our Suzhou office will be relocated to a new larger location, where you will have the opportunity to rent offices, desks and spaces for organizing events. The new office will be opened with the cooperation of Jiangsu Suzhou Yangchenghu Peninsula Tourist Resort Administrative Committee and Suzhou Industrial Park Investment Promotion Committee.

CICC's new Suzhou office is located on the eighth floor of Eco Building, No. 2 Keying Road, SIP, near SIP Railway Station (15 minutes by car) and close to Yangcheng Lake (5 minutes by car).

The office covers an area of 355 square meters. It has 3 separate offices and 12 working desks available for rent, plus a shared meeting room on the same floor.

If you decide to rent a space inside our office, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Use the conference room for free and organize there your company's activities; 
2. Show your company logo on a special plate positioned within the common area. 

Please note that these services are also available for a fee for those who do not rent space inside the office.

The prices for the first year are discounted, you can find them here. Please note that you will be required to sign a one-year contract, and that the initial payment is three months' rent plus a one month deposit. The first come first served principle will be followed.
