Dear Members and Friends,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to announce the candidate for the role of Vice-Coordinator of the Logistic Working Group (LWG). We remind you that the election will be held both ONLINE and OFFLINE at CICC Shanghai office on November 2nd starting from 3:00 pm (China Standard Time).

VOTING PROCESS

HOW

A) By e-mail: cast your vote by writing an email to elezioni2021@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the elections (proxies are not accepted)

B) On site: cast your vote at CICC Shanghai office (Weihai Road, 777, 2nd Floor, Room 202, Jing ’An District / 上海市, 静安区, 威海路777) on November 2nd from 3 pm

(each participant can vote for max n.1 candidate for Vice-Coordinator)

WHO CAN VOTE: CICC LWG Members*

*Each CICC Member can be part of 2 Working Groups. If you want to join the LWG, please write an email to infoshanghai@cameraitacina.com.

Important note: elected Vice-Coordinators will stay in charge for two years and must be regularly subscribed to CICC.

Please be aware that the Working Groups meetings are only open to CICC Members. 

CICC Working Groups:

The Working Groups bring together representatives of companies operating in the same sector or located in the same geographical area. The aim is to share information, resources and ideas, organize relevant activities for the companies, and build sectorial expertise within the CICC in order to attract interest both in China and in Italy to benefit companies not present on Chinese territory yet.

About Logistic Working Group (LWG)

The LWG represents the interest of all Italian companies in China working directly or indirectly in the Logistics sector. Members of this group will work on defining, updating and taking part into the Working Group Program for increasing their knowledge and market share in the Chinese market.

LWG objectives are:

Promote inside the CICC the logistics culture, which is developing fast in China and worldwide.
Organize targeted initiatives for CICC members aimed to inform about the market trends, the evolution of Chinese regulation in terms of Customs and taxation.
Focused mainly on forwarding services (by air, sea, railway, etc), and Import & Export with specific initiatives such as the Silk Road Initiative.
