Ready to take off? CICC special charter flight is back, July 13th

Dear Members and Friends, 

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce together with the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C. are glad to inform that the first charter flight from Milan (MXP) to Nanjing (NKG) has been confirmed for July 13th, 2021.

Priority for CICC Members
As per the outward leg, CICC Members can proceed with the booking with priority from June 30th until July 3rd. Non-Members will be able to proceed with the booking starting from July 4th and until seats are available. 

As per the return leg, we would like to inform you that the charter flight from Nanjing (NKG) to Milan (MXP) is still pending the final authorization by the Chinese Authorities and therefore we are currently unable to confirm it. In case any change occurs, we will promptly notify you through our Official Channels. 

The arrangement of the other planned flights in August and September is also ongoing. We invite you to follow closely our official channels, as any updates regarding possible dates, booking procedures and related info will be published promptly as available. 

Please note that all information detailed below are currently valid just for the outward leg of the charter flight, namely the route from Milan (MXP) to Nanjing (NKG) on July 13th, 2021:

1. Booking Process:

■ CICC Members who answered to the Call for Interest will receive instructions on how to proceed with the booking directly at the email address indicated during registration. These will include the passcode to access the designated booking platform.

■ Upon receipt of the passcode you will be able to access the designated platform and proceed directly with ticket (s) booking.

Non-Members can proceed with the booking starting from July 4th according to the above-described process. 

In case you would like to purchase a ticket, but you did not subscribe to the Call of Interest, you can still express your interest here.

2. Ticket Price:

■ The price of a single ticket Milan (MXP) – Nanjing (NKG) in ECONOMY CLASS is set at €1300.

■ The purchase of the Premium Class is available with a supplement of €250 per single ticket. Premium Class will be available on a first come first served basis.

3. Requirements for Departure:

■ Approval of passengers list by Chinese authorities.

■ To board the plane, all passengers must hold all the documents required by the competent Chinese Authorities to enter the People’s Republic of China (PRC). CCIC, its partners and the Italian Embassy are not responsible in case the passenger fails to provide required documents for departure.

4. Boarding Procedure:

■ Passengers must arrive at check-in at least 5 hours before the scheduled departure time, they must be in possession of all the documents required to enter the country of destination 

■ Each passenger can check in a hold baggage with a maximum weight of 23KG and 1 hand piece of 5 KG

■  Animals are not allowed 

5. Upon Arrival: 

All information related to the situation upon arrival will be given to passengers via email as soon as they will be available.

(!) DISCLAIMER

Passengers must accept and abide by the following conditions:

Ticket booking is managed on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority to CICC Members according to the procedure above detailed. 

All passengers must be in possession of the documents required by competent Chinese Authorities to enter China, including all additional and specific documents required during the epidemic period. 

Passengers that fail to provide the above-mentioned documents upon boarding will not be granted access to the plane and will not be entitled to any ticket refund.

In case of positive results to the COVID-19 tests, the passenger will not be allowed to board the plane. In this instance, the passenger will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
