[CALL FOR VENDORS] Nanjing-Florence Friendship and Innovative Development, 21-28 May

Dear Members and Friends,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to announce that the “Nanjing-Florence Friendship and Innovative Development” will be held from May 21st to May 28th in Xuanwu District, Nanjing. It is an event created to celebrate the twin-town link between the city of Florence and the city of Nanjing; celebrate Italian arts and cultural traditions, and honour Italy-China commercial agreements.

THE CICC IS LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING VENDORS:

Companies, that are interested in having a tent in the open outdoor market area dedicated to the Food and Wine Festival - Sagra Toscana (21-23 May),  where they can showcase and sell Italian food and beverage products to the public (Tuscan dishes, Made in Italy products, and wine products), as well as promote and celebrate the Italian culture in a very lively environment.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation in tendering is free of charge
• Open both to CICC Members and non-Members                                                   
• Limited number of seats                                                                                                                                   

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• CICC will give priority to its Members and it will select the first submitted bid meeting the standards required
• If no applications are submitted by the Members of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member companies

Deadline:  May 9th, 2021

Venue: Daxinggong Square, No.298 Zhongshan East Road, Xuanwu District

The results about the tendering shall be announced by email after proper evaluation.
