Seminar "Hiring and Recruitment: Methodology and Issues" and CICC Networking Cocktail - Shenzhen, 14th May 2021

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to inform you that the Seminar "Hiring and Recruitment: Methodology and Issues" will be held on May 14th, 2021, starting from 15:00 at Global Law Office in Shenzhen. It will be followed by the CICC Networking Cocktail at OGGI Pizzeria Shenzhen, starting from 18:30.

The Seminar aims at giving an overview on Hiring and Recruitment, focusing on the methodology and procedures for hiring in order to avoid labor disputes. 

The Seminar's speakers are Mr. Gu Wei Wei, Equity Partner of Global Law Office, Labor and Compliance East China, and Ms. Yolanda Tu, Of Counsel of Global Law Office. They will discuss the following topics:

• Drawing employment contracts
• Handling the staff handbook
• Advices for termination and severance pay
