CALL FOR TENDERS - TRUE ITALIAN TASTE

Dear Members & Friends,

Within the “True Italian Taste” project, China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is going to produce a report on the food & wine distribution chain in China. CICC is looking for a company to provide support in:

• providing an overview of the food and beverage distribution channels in China (including small/medium stores, corner, chain stores) and specify what kind of products are being sold;
• increasing CICC's database of the stores already selling Italian products by expanding the research towards second and third tier cities; 
• providing an estimation of the number and kind of Italian products sold in these stores. 

All the produced material must be in Italian

APPLICATION PROCESS

Send a quotation to bj.rsvp@cameraitacina.com including:

• Cost for a feasibility study to produce the research;
• Cost for the research and final report.

Deadline: March 22nd, 2021

PARTICIPATION TERMS

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC Members and Non-Members;
• Companies competing in the tender must possess the necessary knowledge and experience to run the tender;
• Each company/professional can submit only one proposal;
• The tender has to be drafted in Italian or English, filled in and signed;
• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specification and requirements before submitting the tender.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the Supplier will be made according to the event's requirements and the lowest bidding price received;
• If the bidding price is the same or the service/goods supplied are free of charge, CICC will give priority to its Members and it will select the first submitted bid meeting the standards required;
• If no applications are submitted by the Members of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member companies.

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of not meeting the conditions of the tendering process;
• In case of non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender;
• In case of submitting false data;
• Late submission.
