POST EVENT - “The OtHER Perspective: Round Table on Women Leadership and Entrepreneurship", November 21st, 2018 Beijing

Dear Members and Friends of CICC,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you that the seminar “The OtHER Perspective: Round Table on Women Leadership and Entrepreneurship” was held on November 21^st, 2018 at the Italian Institute of Culture in Beijing.

Organized by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C., the seminar aimed at celebrating women’s leadership and entrepreneurship across borders and sectors, and ultimately at inspiring young women in search for a positive role model.

The seminar opened with a brief introduction of the topic by Mr. Davide Cucino, CICC Chairman, followed by a welcome speech by Ms. Sara Rezoagli, Political Counsellor at the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C..

Later, the key-note speaker, Michelin-starred Chef Cristina Bowerman, guest chef during the Third Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World (November 19^th-25^th), gave a meaningful speech based on her personal experience and beliefs.

The CICC had the honor to host six distinguished speakers who shared with the audience their own experience as women and professionals:

• Ms. Sara Marchetta – Resident Partner at Chiomenti Law Firm
• Ms. Federica Marchionni – C.E.O. & Group C.S.O. at 寺库 SECOO
• Ms. Claudia Masüger – C.E.O. & Founder at Cheers Wines
• Ms. Rachel Morarjee – Director at Economist Corporate Network
• Ms. Sara Rezoagli - Counsellor at the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C.

A Q&A session closed the seminar.
