Making it happen! - Post Event

ISTUD in cooperation with University of Tsinghua, one of the most prestigious in the far East, organised the Workshop “Making it happen!”,
The workshop took place on 28th November 2014 at the Auditorium of the Embassy of Italy to the People`s Republic of China, Beijing.

The event, dedicated to Italian enterprises operating in China, was opened by the speech of the Ambassador Alberto Bradanini.
In succession, Sergio Bertasi, vice-President of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, launched the joint programme on managerial skills between Tsinghua University and ISTUD, as universities are an important starting point to understand business and economics.

Both representatives of Tsinghua University and ISTUD attended the meeting. Ruipeng DI, Assistant Dean School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, did an overview about the decisive role of the market, the role of government, administrative reforms, anti-corruption and implications for Italian business.

Marella Caramazza, Managing Director of ISTUD Business School, presented the role of partnership between Tsinghua and ISTUD while Jlenia Ermacora, International Relations Director ISTUD Business School, introduced the activities of ISTUD in China and the future offer of ISTUD’s Training for Chinese workforce and Italian expatriates.

Overall, the seminar was informative and successful. At the end of the presentations, the participants asked more details about the project and the networking followed.
