Developing a Strong IP Strategy for your SME

It is important to realize that many of your company’s assets are considered IP. This workshop will help you to identify and determine the value of these assets. You will learn how to identify your company’s challenges in the Chinese IP landscape and will be provided with quick, cost-effective resolutions to protect your business. You will learn from real-life experiences from an SME operating in the PRD.

Alice Li, Legal Advisor, Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co
Alice Li has more than 10-year’s working experience in advising foreign companies on all aspects of their contentious and non-contentious IP strategies in China. Alice is a legal advisor at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co LLP, with strong experience in patent, trade mark and copyright litigation and enforcement strategies as well as experience in Geographical Indications, Anti-Unfair Competition Laws and other, less common, types of rights. Alice acted for clients in the FMCG, mobility, IT accessories, retail and food industries.
