第一条 名称
1. 中国意大利商会（以下简称“商会”）是成立于中华人民共和国（以下简称“中国”）境内，由意大利及其他国家的商界人士、企业家及经济组织自愿参加、经选举产生的社团。
2. 本商会各项活动须遵守本章程、意大利共和国各项法律和中华人民共和国各项法律。本商会得到中国政府和意大利政府的承认。

1. La Camera di Commercio Italiana in Cina ("Camera") è un’associazione libera ed elettiva costituita nella Repubblica Popolare Cinese ("Cina") da operatori, imprenditori ed organizzazioni economiche italiane e straniere.
The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is the only association which gathers and represents the Italian Business community in China. Our Mission is to INFORM, SUPPORT and HELP PROMOTING the Italian Business in China, providing qualitative services, unbiased responses and value-added information.
