Speakers Speaker 1: Alessandro Benedetti (Partner, BLB Studio Legale) Earned law degree from  University “La Sapienza” in Rome. Admitted to the Italian Bar in 1999. Member of New York State Bar Association. Co-Founder of BLB Law Firm. Speaker 3: Luigi Mauti (Tok Invest – BLBNET) Graduated in Business Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan. He acquired experience as a financial intermediary (in the field of origination of financial product for financial institutions) at a London brokerage and as financial analyst with a Milanese merchant bank. He’s conducted activities involving corporate consultancy in Grant Thorton. He was responsible for managing tenders within Public Institutions (Municipality of Milan) as well as private companies dealing in healthcare, especially within the SOL Group— listed company in the Italian stock market. Actually he manage TOK INVEST srls (Ld), of which is the founder, consultant company for the acquisition of real estate property originating from Judicial Auctions and Public Divestments. Speaker 4: Henry Hou (Huashang Law Firm, in alliance with BLB Studio Legale) Henry Hou currently is a senior attorney from Department of International Legal Affairs Department of China Commercial Law Firm. As an English-speaking attorney, Henry has been focusing on offering legal service regarding cross-border business and transactions ever since 2006. Henry has served clients from more than 20 countries. Henry has years’ experience in foreign direct investment (“FDI”), international trading and financing, and cross-border takeover. Over the past 8 years, Henry has successfully helped numerous foreign clients establish their business in China and maintained a long term cooperation relationship with all his foreign clients. Henry is now member of Shenzhen Bar Association and All China Bar Association.

The GTLand Plaza, in cooperation with the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and the support of the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and the Italian Trade Commission-Guangzhou will host the first Italian Festival in Guangzhou. Period:  From October 15th to December 31st Venue: GTLand Plaza, No.87 Huangcheng Avenue NewTown, Tianhe District 广州市天河区珠江新城花城大道87号 高德置地广场 Italian Food Festival During the Italian Festival, we will also hold a special 10-days event, especially dedicated to F&B companies. This thematic period will give spectators the chance to taste a variety of Italian delicacies, and to experience the uniqueness of the authentic Italian taste. Period: from November 6th to November 15th Venue: GTLand Autumn Plaza  高德置地广场 During the whole festival there will be fashion shows, art exhibitions, a selection of about 15 Italian movies and other performances related to the Italian life style. Extensively covered by local media, with an expected target of about 300,000 visitors per day, the festival will be a perfect occasion for Italian companies/brands to promote and sell their products and to enlarge local market.
