Dear All, The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to the upcoming event, "Corporate Data Management and VPN: New Rules Under Cybersecurity Law of PRC", a seminar that will take place on March 6th in Shenzhen.    The role of data in nowadays business is fundamental. Due also to technological advances, companies are constantly gathering more and more information about their supplier, partners and customers. This massive flow of data raised concern among local government and legislator on how to protect them and avoid personal and national security treats. In the recent period, China enacted a set of rules (including the Cyber Security Law) in order to tackle this problem and safeguard individual and corporate’s right without losing on national security protection. The aim of this seminar is to provide the audience with a general overview on data management for foreign and local company operating in China, with a glimpse of VPN use under recent reforms.   SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY Valentino Lucini - Wang Jing & Co.
