He is also in charge of marketing the Firm`s corporate and IP work, and has a developed knowledge of the Chinese legal system. Zach has written numerous articles on the Chinese legal environment and been asked to present on such topics throughout the US, China, and Europe. Mr. Eric Lam (Colliers International): Eric commenced his career in real estate in 1997 in the commercial agency in Chesterton Petty Hong Kong and has been under Colliers service since 1999. He`s specialized in commercial agency brokerage & tenant representation and other professional services such as consultancy in renewals, rent reviews and tenancy advisory. Since joining the Guangzhou office, his roles include business development and liaisons with both local institutional clients and Corporate Services division. Mrs Lu Ping (China Merchants Bank): LU Ping, The General manager of financial institution banking dept of China Merchants Bank, Senior Professor of management department of ZhongShan Unversity、JiNan University、South China university of Techonology.
