You have to enjoy it, but if you want fully appreciate the wine is necessary to follow some rules, not only your passion. There are certain issues that need to be investigated and acted upon immediately. Mr. Mark Pan, a certified PRC Lawyer working at the Everwin Law Office, will explain the types of bankruptcy and its process under the 2006 Enterprise Bankruptcy Law. He will also explain basic steps to protect yourself if your debtor is in bankruptcy.    Program: Automatic stay - Should we stop debt collection activities?
