The Entrepreneur Cafè - Talk Series, Jan 22nd

Guangdong
22 January 2022
Dear Members and Friends, The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to the next episode of Entrepreneur Cafè to be held on January 22, from 2.30 pm.    The Entrepreneur Cafe talks - What soft skills and competences do we need to develop in order to thrive in this fast-pacing world? - How to accept challenges to move ahead and grow as leaders? - How to keep us constantly in evolution and never feel "stuck" in job as in life? On January the 22nd, we will discuss about the ability to change quickly under pressure or facing a new environment as key factor for anyone to succeed (or fail) allowing any business to evolve. We will test this assumption as it being true in everyday life as in the work environment. We will discuss about the main factor any change is entangled to: The fear of change. It is this very fear that, ultimately, makes us humans. Where do you strike the balance between status quo and moving ahead from your comfort zone? Do you hesitate in taking on change or dive toward it?   About the Speaker Alessandro Fiorito is the General Manager of Autoneum Nittoku (Guangzhou), a Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive Industry. Alessandro is an Italian national who, in the late 90’, took a job posting abroad for what he thought was a two-year experience. More than two decades later, Alessandro still has not yet returned to Italy, has held several roles within the company, and has lived in three continents. As a long term traveler, Alessandro developed a keen interest in, and respect for, cultural differences.     Agenda Date: Saturday, January the 22nd Time: 14.30 - 16.30 14:30 Registrations 15:00 Opening 15:15 Talk: "Quick Change: The Ability to Succeed", Alessandro Fiorito, GM at Autoneum Nittoku (Guangzhou) Automotive Sound-Proof Co.
