Sascha learned discipline from his German heritage, motivation from the training culture of the United States, and the importance of balance from living in China. Sascha is the Managing Director of ST, which provides tailor made wellness individual and group programs for foreign and Chinese middle and top managers in South China. ST programs consist on a mixture of training and nutritional behaviors aiming in adjusting current lifestyles toward a more sustainable, enduring and healthier ones.
