He is a senior professional with over 8 years of working experience in China. Mr Colli has extensive knowledge of financial advisory, M&A consulting and international taxation. His academic credentials include a Bachelor in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and Fudan University (Shanghai).   Phuong Thao Bui, Managing Director Fidinam Vietnam Phuong Thao Bui is a lawyer and member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. Her key areas of practice include corporate and investments (outward and inward investment) and mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industry sectors. The Mechanical Engineering Working Group (MEWG) of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is working on a webinar series on different topics called "Sharing is caring: Issues for the MEWG in China", aimed at overcoming the current market difficulties due to the recent COVID restrictions.
