5th Corporate Communication Conten, May 24th Shanghai

24 May 2023

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), along with its Quality Council (QC), is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the fifth and final session of the "Corporate Communication Content" seminar series, held on Wednesday, May 24th, both online and offline in Shanghai.

The fifth and last event of the series featured Carlotta Godio, Co-founder and General Manager of FLATMIND Productions, as the moderator, and Alex Duncan, Co-founder of KAWO, as the special guest.

To learn more about our speaker and his company:

Alex Duncan is a British entrepreneur who has been living in China for over 15 years. He has been involved in various startups. While working for Starwood Hotels on digital marketing projects, he met Brian van Damme, and the two co-founded KAWO.

Over the past 10 years, Alex has worked in all areas of the company, gaining a deep understanding of digital marketing in China and the Chinese social media landscape. He is also a regular speaker at New York University, sharing his knowledge with the new generations.

KAWO is the leading social media management platform in China, connecting teams worldwide by providing insights, greater transparency, and increased efficiency. Founded in 2017, KAWO's experienced team focuses on delivering high-quality solutions, allowing clients to adapt quickly to the rapidly changing social landscape in China.

This was the last series of events organized by the Quality Council. Indeed, as announced in a previous post, the Quality Council will be incorporated into the newly formed Italian Quality & Lifestyle Council starting from June 5th.

The series was aimed at companies in the industrial sector wishing to gain a deeper understanding of the best marketing practices to promote their business in China. Each session featured a speaker sharing their experience and providing valuable insights on a significant marketing tool; our experts delved into topics such as marketing strategy, creative content creation, and social media management, to name a few.

We sincerely thank everyone who participated in this seminar and, more broadly, everyone who took part in the Corporate Communication Content project!
