The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to announce that a NEW working group has been approved to be formed under the name of Italian Quality & Lifestyle Council (IQLC).
This new working group will incorporate the Quality Council, sharing areas of interest such as Lifestyle, Luxury Living, Fashion, Luxury and Premium Goods, and Design, focusing on Retail and Digital. Our objective is to facilitate business with China for CICC member or non-member companies and individuals, in retail and consumer goods.
In this regard, a meeting is called on June 6th, 2023 to elect one Coordinator together with three Vice Coordinators of the Italian Quality & Lifestyle Council (IQLC).
Please note that the voting process will take place exclusively online. More details can be found below.
1. Candidacy Process Hereby, we cordially invite you to present your candidacy by filling in the form (available HERE) and sending it to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com together with a scan of the residence permit, a short biography, and a headshot, by May 19th, at 6:00 PM (Beijing Time).
Taking into consideration the size of the group, the geographical presence and the effort required in the management of the group, we are launching the elections for the following positions: One (1) Coordinator Three (3) Vice Coordinators

The Coordinator and the Vice Coordinators must be representatives of Members of CICC 2023. Positions are renewed once every two years.
Applications for the roles have to be presented and then formally announced at least 15 days before the day of the election.
2. Voting Process Upon candidates’ list publication, each participant can vote for max n.1 candidate for Coordinator and for max n.1 candidate for Vice Coordinator by sending an e-mail to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the elections (proxies are not accepted). All ballots are kept confidential. All members who completed the membership process more than 10 days before the date of the elections will be entitled to vote.
