Background

The volatile and unpredictable business environment poses unprecedented challenges for companies in the Chinese market. In this context, we continue to observe the need for companies to respond fast, restructure their internal operations and create a more resilient and agile strategy. The purpose of this event is to provide professional advisory and insights to support businesses in effectively responding to market challenges and adapting their operations and procedures to the fast-changing China business environment.

Johannes Lazzaro, Senior Associate- China Head of Account Managment  at Hawksford
Johannes joined the Hawksford China team in 2021 based in Shanghai and leads the Account Management team for China offices. Johannes regularly advises corporate clients – ranging from publicly traded MNCs to family-owned SMEs – on their overseas investment structures and operations in China. Prior to joining Hawksford, he worked in Shanghai as a trusted advisor for several reputable firms in the industry, gaining broad exposure in assisting foreign clients with their market entry and expansion projects, focusing on fashion, luxury brands and FMCGs. 

Mauro Dellisanti,  Finance Manager at RsA Asia
Mauro Dellisanti is Finance Manager at RsA asia. His work focuses on market entry, restructuring, and tax consulting to foreign companies in Mainland China and other Asian jurisdictions. His academic credentials include a Bachelor Degree from the University of Glasgow (Scotland, UK) and a Master Degree from Fudan University (Shanghai, China) in economics.
