Election of IPWG Coordinator and Vice-coordinators, September 9th, 2021

Dear Members and Friends,

We would like to inform you that the elections for the Coordinator and Vice-Coordinators of the Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) will be held online on 09/09/2021 at 3:00 PM (Beijing time).

CANDIDACY PROCESS

Hereby, we cordially invite you to present your candidacy by filling in the form, (available here) and sending it to elezioni2021@cameraitacina.com together with a scan of the residence permit and a short biography within 19/08/2021 at 6:00 PM (Beijing time). Candidates’ profiles will be shared with IPWG Members subsequently.

Please note, elected Coordinator and Vice-Coordinators will stay in charge for two years and must be regularly subscribed to CICC.

VOTING PROCESS

Upon candidates’ list publication, each participant can vote for max n.1 candidate for Coordinator and max n.1 Vice-Coordinator by sending an email to elezioni2021@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the elections (proxies are not accepted).

To confirm your attendance at the online meeting, please write an email to: bj.activities@cameraitacina.com within September 8th, 6PM (Beijing time).

Please be aware that the Working Groups meetings are only open to CICC Members.

CICC Working Groups

The Working Groups bring together representatives of companies operating in the same sector or located in the same geographical area. The aim is to share information, resources and ideas, organize relevant activities for the companies, and build sectorial expertise within the CICC in order to attract interest both in China and in Italy to benefit companies not present on Chinese territory yet. 

Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG)

The CICC IPWG is a business group established within the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, gathering members from inter-connected industries across fashion, luxury, F&B, consumer goods, engineering, R&D, university, legal & IP services.

IPWG participants are CICC members willing to join discussions about: IP law & policy, IP protection & enforcement, IP commercialisation, science & technology, tech-transfer, R&D, from an academic, industry or consulting position. Cross-IP experts are welcomed, from branding & advertising, finance, banking, privacy, among others.
