CALL FOR TENDER - CICC SH Office Relocation

Dear All,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai may relocate to another office in September 2019. The CICC is looking for architect firms and/or construction companies to potentially offer support for the renovation of its new Shanghai office.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• Please send your company’s contacts and information via email to infoshanghai@cameraitacina.com.
• Please specify in the object: CICC Shanghai Office Relocation;
• CICC Staff will contact you to discuss about a potential cooperation;
• Send your proposal and availability for sponsorship.
• You will receive a feedback by email.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

• Participation in the tender is open to CICC Members and non-Members;
• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable to run the tender;
• The results about the tendering shall be announced by email.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the Supplier will be made according to the service’s requirements;
• The Chamber will give priority to the Members of the Chamber and will select the first submitted proposal that will meet the standards of quality indicated;
• If no applications are submitted by the Members of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member companies.

EXCLUSION FROM TENDER

• In case of not meeting the conditions of the tendering process;
• In case of non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender;
• In case of submitting false data;
• Late submission.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION:

July 31st , 2019.
