Job description:

The purpose of the job is to achieve the business target through all relevant digital marketing channels both for Shanghai Representative Office and Shanghai Training Centre,and to deliver all the necessary support to the Digital Marketing Manager to achieve the target.

Hierarchically reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager

Key purpose of the role:

To support Digital Marketing Manager on strategy planning and implementation of digital marketing landscape, including SEM, SEO and main website development
Main website management: support on website CMS content update, testing, performance tracking, etc…
To support the Digital Marketing Manager working with agency - to develop landing pages - closely monitor traffic page and keep improving conversion rate
Baidu SEM: support marketing manager on working with agency on main SEM platform – Baidu, to closely monitor on keyword coverage, ad copy, bidding strategy, CPL calculation
Other SEM: working with Digital Marketing Manager to manage other search engine platforms – 360, sogou, bing
Display media: working with Digital Marketing Manager and designer to develop display media content strategy and banners.
SEO: technical SEO work with agency, on-site SEO improvement on editorial content development also through the HQ cooperation
Support on analytical work on marketing channel analysis, performance tracking, etc…
To support the Business Development Manager of The Shanghai Fashion Training Centre and Shanghai Representative Office in the all year Local events (opening year, fairs…) and on offline activities that sometimes maybe also in the weekend

Education Background:

Bachelor degree and above in Chinese/English/media communication etc,
Familiar with all operation of weibo/wechat product
Ability of work independently as well as work with a team
Marketing sense and able to manage the multi task at the same time
Excellent writing and communication skills, both in English and Chinese
Excellent understanding of web analytics, especially PPC and SEO management and evaluation
Good fashion knowledge and fashion sense
