Italian Charity Christmas Market Chongqing - Post Event

The first edition of the Italian Charity Christmas Market organized by the China Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) and CruItaly, was successfully held in Spazio Italia from 9th to 11th December 2016.

The event was launched by an exclusive opening cocktail on the 8th of December only for special guests from local and Expat community sponsored by Fabbri's signature drinks. The opening cocktail was followed by three days of open market, so everyone who was interested in Italian Charity Christmas Market had the opportunity to participate and make a contribution to this solidarity project.

The total amount of good sold exceeded 37,000 RMB. 15% of it will be donated to the bank account activated by the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C. to collect donations in favour of populations affected by the earthquake in Central Italy.

The opening cocktail started with the speeches of Alice Piccioni, CICC Chongqing General Coordinator, and Paolo Bazzoni, CICC Chongqing Delegate, for introducing the brands involved in the market, the purpose of the event and thanking the others supporting organizations such as the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing, the Rotary Club Chongqing and the International Women Group Chongqing.

Companies which took part the Italian Christmas Charity Market were Alce Nero, Bucciano, DCafe', Etree and Six Flower Studio, Hotel Radisson Blu, Lichia, Mimosa Pastry Shop, OHMAI Bags, Scarpedarte and Sparkle China-Savinelli Pipes.
