Talent Retention and HR Management in China- Post event

16 May 2016

On May 13th the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with ThinkIN China, organised the first roundtable on 'Talent Retention and HR Management in China' at the Spazio Italia, Beijing.

Our 60 guests had the chance to learn how to attract, motivate and, most of all, retain young professional talents and to understand how China’s education and training system works.

We kindly express our gratitude to the Ambassador of Italy to the People's Republic of China, Ettore Francesco Sequi, for attending the event, to Sergio Bertasi, CICC Chairman, to lead the discussion and, last but not least, to the speakers Cecilia Fan, Run Ren, Daisy Xu which shared their rich experience about HR management.

A special thanks also goes to 100ITA who offered us flavourful Italian wine and to La Dolce Vita for the excellent catering service.

Above you can find the power point presentations of the speakers:

- Daisy Xu : 'HKey Challenges of Talent Retention'
