China-Italy Chamber of Commerce has taken part to a seminar organized in Hangzhou by Invitalia.
Zhejiang Province is one of the most dynamic economic areas of the whole China, as it generates over 20% of national FDIs.
The seminar aim was to present Italy as a Quality Investment Location for Chinese companies, a location that represents a strategic link with European markets and emerging markets of North Africa, as well as an ideal place to develop new and more sophisticated products and services, and enhance worldwide competitiveness thanks to the high quality standards proper of the "Made in Italy".
CICC and Invitalia signed a MoU in November 2008, aimed at facilitating the co-operation between the two parties, to attract Chinese investments into Italy.
In the course of the seminar, Mr. Davide Cucino, President of CICC, made a speech focused on entrepreneurial cooperation between Italy and China.
Following the seminar, B2B meetings have been held, to facilitate exchange and direct interaction among attending Chinese companies and Italian representatives of the business community.
