Shanghai - At the Italian Cuisine Festival, the secrets of Italian culinary art will be revealed by TOP Italian Chefs to one hundred young Chinese food practitioners. On May 21st at the presence of Italian and Chinese authorities, the second edition of Italian Cuisine Festival organized by ITA, APCI and Angelo Po will be launched at Enoteca Toscana.

The Italian Cuisine Festival that this year comes to its second edition, is becoming an important gathering among food companies, institutions and food practitioners that gather together to share the latest knowledge about the Italian food & wine in China. One hundred young Chinese Chefs will attend a Master Class to grasp cooking secrets and upgrade their knowledge on Italian food & wine. To them, famous Italian Chefs like the multi-awarded Mr. Roberto Carcangiu and Giovanni Cappello, will give technical demonstrations about the use of typical Italian products, giving the chance to prepare Italian recipes under the experts` supervision. For each dish, the young Chinese chefs will also receive guidance on the best wine combination selected from the best Italian selections.

The Festival, organized with the support of Promoest, CICC Member Company, was made possible thanks to the cooperation with ICE and Angelo Po, that offered its showroom appropriately equipped for cooking demonstrations at the highest level. The project has also been enthusiastically endorsed by Toscana.
