Vicenza , Palazzo Trissino: Gathering of the Representatives of the CCIE of Asia and South Africa Area

On the occasion of the 13^th Convention of the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad, a delegation of around 20 Representatives of the Italian Chambers was in Vicenza. The group of the Chairmen and Secretaries General gathered in Vicenza, was led by Mr. Davide Cucino, Chairman of the China - Italy Chamber of Commerce.
The Mayor of Vicenza, Mr. Achille Variati, on this occasion, enhanced the importance of Veneto Region as well as of Vicenza as a touristic destination. The South East of Asia and the South Africa are facing the econominc crisis in a different way compared to other countries, so there is the possibility of new occasions related to the tourism to Veneto Region and Vicenza.
Mr. Davide Cucino underlined that the choice of Vicenza as hosting city of the 13^th Convention was not made by chance, then he added:" Our realities are active in organizing activities whose aim is to promote the tourism to Italy besides, several agreements have been already established with Veneto Region to promote this Italian reality".
