Call for the Elective Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,
You are kindly invited to attend the Elective Annual General Meeting summoned on Friday 30th March 2012 at 09:00 a.m. in Beijing at the Auditorium of the Italian Cultural Office (2, San Li Tun Dong Er Jie) with the following agenda:

1) Greeting by His Excellency the Ambassador Attilio Massimo Iannucci
2) Greeting by ICE Director, Dr. Antonino Laspina
3) Chairman and Treasurer’s annual report
4) Approval of 2011 Final balance (Audited)
5) Presentation of the budget and activities program for the year 2012
6) Outline of the candidacies for the posts
7) Elections
8) Elections’ results and installation of the Board for the two-year period 2012-2013

All candidacies must be submitted within 12th March 2012 at the following e-mail address: info@cameraitacina.com

Attendance to the Elective Annual General Meeting must be confirmed within 26th March at the following e-mail address: info@cameraitacina.com

According to the CICC Articles of Association, each Member can hold only one proxy that will be – in any case – given in writing.
Enclosed is the proxy form to delegate. It must be sent by Monday 26th March 2012 by fax (010-85910546) or e-mail at the address: info@cameraitacina.com

Only 2012 Members are entitled to vote. According to our previous communication, 2012 Members are those who paid their membership since 6th September 2011. Members who still have not settled the 2012 Membership can pay the annual fee by cash upon registration, starting from 08:30 a.m.

From Thursday 22nd March, 09:00 a.m. to Monday 26th March, 10:00 p.m. Members may cast their approval for the 2011 final balance and selection of Board candidates in advance by e-voting. The summary of the 2011 final balance and related graphs will be downloadable since 22nd March.

The Assembly will be held in Italian.
