Ten (plus one) common mistakes during daily life and business in China
Topic: This lecture will cover ten (plus one) common mistakes during daily life and business in China. Among others, the seminar will cover some aspects regarding immigration, contracts, company establishment, labor, etc. Finally Mr. Fornari will introduce some case studies concerning the above topics in order to further analyze certain interesting topics.
Speaker: Mr. Franco Fornari, Director of Corporate III and Foreign Direct Investment Departments Mr. Fornari moved to China in 2008 and joined Wang Jing & Co Law Firm in 2009 working with European and international clients as a Senior Manager ever since. Throughout the years at Wang Jing & Co Law Firm he achieved a solid specialization in Chinese law and handled dozen of foreign related cases in the PRC. His legal background, paired with a daily foreign oriented legal practice, made him today an expert in the fields of commercial and contractual disputes and ADR, foreign investment strategies, intellectual property rights and labour disputes. On 2012, together with the Italian policy of attraction of investment, Mr. Fornari published a vade mecum titled “Chinese Real Estate Investment in Italy” in which laws, procedures and practices regarding Chinese outbound investment in real estate industry in Italy are described. Among his many achievements Mr. Fornari became a point of reference for the Italian community in the southern provinces of China, offering his expertise and the legal practice of the Wang Jing & Co Law Firm to both corporations and individuals to better operate with the peculiar Chinese legal system.
