Visa Legislation and Developments in China | Inter-Chamber SME Working Group Meeting

Companies have experienced difficulties obtaining visa for foreign interns as a number of years of work experience are required. However, this policy seems to be changing in Shanghai now in order to attract global talent. Shanghai has recently approved the first work permit for an international student who has just graduated. Experienced professionals, on the other hand, still have encountered difficulties getting work visa in China in many cases.

It’s important for companies and individual professionals to understand what new policies mean and how relevant procedures should be followed in practice.

For this purpose, the EU SME Centre and the European Union Chamber of Commerce SME Forum are inviting you to this Inter-Chamber SME Working Group meeting.

During the meeting, the expert from Taylor Wessing will share with you:

• Recent Visa Legislation and Developments
• Main Visa Types in Your Daily Business and Their Applied Areas
• Visa Application Procedures for Qualified Experts, Professionals and Interns
• Latest New Rules in Shanghai
