About the speaker;Kai-Lung Hui is an associate professor in the Department of Information Systems, Business Statistics, and Operations Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include information privacy and security, the impact of the media on consumer behavior, and social interaction. He had provided consulting services to Ministry of Law, Singapore and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)。
