CICC Goes Kart – First Pirelli Kart Cup in Zhuhai, June 11 2011

Dear Members and friends, China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, in co-operation with Pirelli Tyre China, 667r Squadra Corse and Zhuhai International Circuit, and with the support of Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China, Airfrance and Jinling Candy, are glad to invite you, your staff and families to attend an exciting day on track at the CICC Goes Kart – First Pirelli Kart Cup in Zhuhai, to be held on June 11th 2011 at Zhuhai International Circuit.

CICC especially thanks our Lucky Draw Sponsors, Air France, Zhuhai Intl Circuit (ZIC) and 667r Squadra Corse for the wonderful prizes they will make available to all participants! Lucky Draw tickets will be on sale during the event at RMB 50/each:

First prize – one round/trip ticket in economy class offered by Air France, from China to Italy

Second prize – one racing-car drive pass, offered by 667r Squadra Corse

Third prize - one pass to ZIC next event, offered by ZIC

This is the first time that this kind of event takes place in Guangdong province and we expect a numerous participation for a fun and action filled day.

The event will serve as a unique occasion to advertise your company to an extended audience of contacts; it will also serve as the perfect occasion to involve your staff and colleagues into a team-building activity.

If you wish to join the race, seats are limited! We can accommodate up to 50 racers only. Seats will be managed on a first-come first-served basis, following your e-mail registration.

07:30 Optional transfer from Shenzhen city center*
08:00 Optional transfer from Canton (Garden Hotel, No.368 Huanshi Dong Road, Guangzhou, 510064)*
10:30 Arrival at ZIC
10:30-11:15 Registration to front desk, introduction of event schedule** and driving etiquette
11:30-13:00 Free practice (participants arranged in groups)***
Qualifying**

13:00-14:00 Lunch break
14:15-16:00 Final race***
16:15 Awards ceremony and Lucky Draw
17:00 Return by arranged bus, or otherwise self arranged

*For guests arriving from Hong Kong by Ferry, a pick-up will be organized at Zhuhai Ferry Port, departing at 10.00.

**Assistance on site will be provided by ZIC Trainers and Circuit Manager.

The event is open to Members and Non-Members, racers and non-racers.:

RACERS TICKETS:

Members – RMB 500.00 /each

Non-Members – RMB 650.00 /each

SPECTATORS TICKETS: RMB 350.00 /each

Subscription fees are inclusive of transportation costs, access to the event, lunch.

Children are welcome, a special “playground” will be arranged for parents to entertain them during the day.

If you wish to book a seat, please send an e-mail to infoguangdong@cameraitacina.com, before June 3rd 2011, specifying:

- Your name and company name
- Type of tickets you wish to book and quantity
- Name of all participating guests, specifying who are riders and who are spectators
- Contact mobile phone

Important notes:

Participation must be mandatorily confirmed by June 3rd, 12.00pm; for late confirmations, no bus service can be guaranteed.

Payment to be settled in cash with CICC Canton office or bank t/t before June 3rd.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation informing us by e-mail 36 hours before the event, no fee will be applied and you shall be refunded.

No show: If you make a reservation and do not cancel 36 hours ahead in writing, you shall be required to pay the fee in full price, in order to attend other CICC events. No refund will be given.
