Introduction: 
Wine is a pleasure.

You have to enjoy it, but if you want fully appreciate the wine is necessary to follow some rules, not only your passion.

The aim of this course is to teach these simple and basic rules in order to enable the wine lovers to approach the wine world and move the first few steps to become experts.

By an easy but professional method, we`ll introduce the wine world by complying with the curiosity that every wine lover and wine expert has.

After this course you`ll be able to taste correctly the wine and enjoy the full value of the bottles you`ll drink later.
 

Composition:
  • twice per week, for two weeks;
  • 2 hours lessons (1h theory, 1h tasting);
  • tasting of 3 different kind of wines in every lessons;
  • complementary Italian Sparkling Water and finger foods. 
Program:
 
Four lessons:

1. Wine tasting introduction:

  -rules of tasting;
  -examination of a wine (view, smell, taste);
  -wine composition.
 
2. the sommelier role and wine world:
  -why a Sommelier;
  -wine and dinner;
  -glasses, bottles and wine accessories.
 
3. famous italian wine areas:
  -wine richness and characteristics;
  -most famous Areas; 
  -most famous Wines. 
 
4. Wine-Food pairing introduction:
  -Food examination;
  -the pairing methods;
  -pairing suggestions. 

 

All the attendees of the course will be provided with an official italian certificate as "Italian Wine Specialist".

Price: Special price of 998 RMB per person, all inclusive (materials, slides, wines, finger food). Please, note that the normal price would be of 1888 RMB.

Minimum attendance: 7 pax.
