Insolvency is a great risk and a frequent occurrence in the recent times characterized by the credit crunch. A non payment or a simple delay can be prejudicial for the business and may bring your company to a solvency crisis or even cause bankruptcy.The seminar will focus on examining which ways can be adopted to possibly protect your company from the risk of non payment, presenting credit management issues and related legal advice.

Speakers:Alessandro Roda Bogetti: Alessandro Roda Bogetti has been based in China for over two years, active in the field of commercial agreements and trade law. Mr Roda Bogetti has been engaged in a variety of corporate operations, such as joint ventures and acquisition, and dispute resolutions.Giacomo Rustioni: Member of the Italian Insurance Brokers Register, Mr Rustioni has been working since March 2008 as risk consultant for foreign companies in China. He is experienced in Corporate Risk Management.
